Good to Know: Boarding Time Requirements

As stated in our Transport Regulations, vehicles already in possession of a valid ticket
must be at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.
Passengers already holding a ticket must present themselves for boarding at least 15 minutes before departure.
For passengers or vehicles with online or phone reservations, check-in at the ticket office is mandatory at least 60 minutes before departure.

If the required check-in or boarding deadlines are not met, boarding cannot be guaranteed.

Please also note that in order to purchase a travel ticket or check in a vehicle,
you must present the vehicle registration document in its original format.
