  1. By selecting the fares reserved for RESIDENTS of Ischia and Procida, the customer declares to be aware of and to accept the conditions for their use.
  2. For both standard and resident fares, check-in at the boarding ticket office and document verification are mandatory before departure.
  3. Customers with RESIDENT fares who fail to provide sufficient documentation at check-in to prove eligibility for the fare reduction will have their tickets canceled without refund.

In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), we provide you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data and its purposes.

Personal data is collected via the application form available on the MEDMAR website at http://www.medmargroup.it. In compliance with the GDPR, the processing is based on principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, and protection of confidentiality.

Your personal data is used for recruitment procedures, in particular to verify the requirements for selection, hiring, and/or potential employment collaboration, as requested by you.

1. Personal Data Subject to Processing

The personal data collected includes:
Full name, address or other identifying details, employment-related data, social security data, and your educational and work background.

2. Special Categories of Personal Data

On an exceptional basis, the Data Controller may become aware of your potential inclusion in protected categories or other special categories of personal data as defined by law. This may include information that reveals racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, membership in political parties, trade unions, religious or philosophical organizations, as well as health status and sexual orientation. Providing such data is optional and at the discretion of the candidate, who may submit their CV and complete the form without any solicitation from the Data Controller. Failure to provide this data may result in the inability to assess eligibility for recruitment or collaboration procedures.

3. Methods of Data Use

Data may be processed using both electronic and manual means. Processing is carried out using operations and data organization methods strictly necessary for the stated purposes, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

4. Data Access and Use

Data may be accessed by personnel authorized by the Data Controller, who have been given specific roles and appropriate operational instructions to prevent loss, destruction, unauthorized access, or unlawful processing. Personal data will be accessible only to individuals who require it due to their role or hierarchical position. Third-party companies that perform support activities on behalf of the Data Controller may also access the data, acting as external processors under the Data Controller’s instruction and control. An updated list of these data processors can be requested via privacy@medmarnavi.it.

5. No Communication or Disclosure of Data

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties nor made accessible to unspecified individuals.

6. Data Transfers Outside the EU

Your data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

7. Data Retention Period

Your data will be retained for the duration necessary to fulfill recruitment-related purposes and no longer than 18 months from the date of collection, unless an employment or collaboration contract is established.

8. No Consent Required

Your consent is not required for processing, as it involves data included in CVs voluntarily submitted by candidates for potential employment or collaboration. The same applies to any special data voluntarily provided, for which consent is excluded by current national and EU legislation.

11. Exercising Your Rights
